The planning of a swimming pool seaside resort directly on Lake Constance with all necessary building and outdoor facilities. The target group of the seasonal outdoor and seaside resort is intended mainly to serve the indigenous population in particular families.
The design aims to make the newly-created building mass appear as unimpressive as possible in the beautifully beautiful location of the property. Due to the inclusion of the elevated topography in the east of the construction site, the land-form architecture of the seaside resort is evolved from the existing terrain topography.
