The project should be carried out in individual construction stages. But in case there is no further stages, then each part should run well as an independent unit considering construction, function, traffic organization, economic and ecological aspects.
The site is located in Chongqing surburb – a steadily growing metropolis with about 30 million residents in southwest China.
In order to accommodate a large number of visitors, the core part of the project is placed in the middle of the site, so that it could spread in all directions. This water park project plays a pioneering role in the dynamism of urban development. It is also distinguished by a wide range of recreation facilities, which could cover all target groups.The façade on the road side forms a dynamic effect with the rising roof line of the indoor hall. Decorated slides and towers also produce a great external effect as illuminated towers on the site. The outdoor thermal landscape, which is planned to the west of hills and lakes, offers the visitors with impressive cascading pools on different plateaus of the hill landscape. Private nature SPA facilities complete the whole recreation program.
